Screen printing is one of the most flexible printing processes, and it can be used to print a wide range of substrates, including paper, board, plastics, vinyl, glass, metal, fabrics, and many other products.

The screen printing process includes 3 components: the screen which is the image carrier, the squeegee and ink. The process utilizes a permeable mesh securely stretched and glued onto a metal frame. A stencil is produced on the screen either by hand or picture chemically.

Screen printing ink is applied to the substrate by positioning the screen over the material. Ink is positioned onto screen and after that forced through the fine mesh openings using a squeegee that is drawn throughout the screen, applying pressure consequently requiring the ink through the open locations of the screen.
