Registration and Payment

Registration for conference is possible within the following conditions:

You will find all of the necessary information about the payment on the prepayment request, which will be sent via email in April 2022 to all registered participants.


in detail the payment process is:


  1. After registration below (Speakers or Non-speakers) we send you a Prepayment Request in EUR or USD or HUF

with your billing / invoice data you registered (Middle of April) The Prepayment Request will include bank account information and other necessary details for fee transfer / wire.

  1. Based on the Prepayment Request the participants pay the fee of the conference (usually with a deadline within 2-3 weeks).

  2. After transfer / wire we provide you a Proforma Invoice within 8 days.

  3. After the conference, within 8 days a final Invoice is going to be generated and provided for you. (4th-10th of July)

In order to register for the conference it is recommended to use your google account (a "gmail" e-mail address like "yourname@gmail.com").


IN CASE YOU HAVE GOOGLE ACCOUNT ("gmail" based e-mail address):

1. Login to your gmail account with your gmail e-mail address and password. You can log in to your google account here.

3. The completed Registration Form can be modified later only in case you log in to your gmail account. With gmail account just click on the same link above.

IN CASE YOU HAVE NO GOOGLE ACCOUNT (no "gmail" based e-mail address)

it is recommended to CREATE ONE HERE

1. Click on "Create account"!

2. Then type in your data! Please take note of your new e-mail address and the password, because you can login and modify your registration form later!

3. You need to agree on Privacy and Terms!

4. Then you can get started!
