Bringing a nightout to your workout!

Clubbercise® - "simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Taught in a darkened room with disco lights".

My current classes are:

Monday -

19:30 Funky Feet School of Dance - Loddon

Tuesdays -

18:30 Uplands Community Centre Carlton Coville.

Wednesdays-

17:45-18:30 Waterlane Leisure Centre

19:40 Red Oak Primary School Lowestoft.

Each class costs £5 per session for 45 minutes.

Glow Sticks £3.50 to purchase.
