The 3rd f in F3 is Faith. To most this typically brings to mind a specific religion or church they grew up in and may still attend. But to us, Faith means believing in something bigger than yourself. Often that manifests itself by way of men serving the community. We are a group of men with full-time jobs and, often, full-time families. As of yet, we do not have any established, standing commitments to organizations in the community. But when needs or opportunities arise we do our best to rally and support each other and the community we live in.
A family member of one of our Pax was recently diagnosed with MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome). As a way of giving back for the multiple blood and platelet transfusions received he and his family organized a blood drive and the Pax of F3 Wilmington showed up!

Recently the Q in charge brought along a post workout coffee-teria activity. Packages were assembled and dispersed for the homeless in our area.
Rain or Shine taken to the next level as Pax from F3 Wilmington and F3 Newark joined forces with Neighborhood Ninja and Wilmington Rotary to assist in the building of Wilmington's new NinjaFit Playground! It was a bit wet and wild but the rain couldn't stop us from getting it built!
