Accommodations (bed and breakfast) are reserved for all attendances at Chatrium Grand Hotel. Breakfast will be provided to guests in house from 06:00 - 10:00 am  at Savio Restaurant located at ground floor. 

In general time for check in is 02:00 pm and checkout  is 12:00 pm. Early check-in room guarantee from 06:00 am or late checkout up to 06:00 pm. will be half days charged  unless subject to room availability. 

Therefore, you are asked to prepare US$300 Cash / Credit Card for any other incidental personal cost as a deposit upon check in. The hotel will return or settle with your expenses upon check out. 

Hotel cancellation less than 48 hours or no show will be charged as 1 night cost, 

The meeting will be held at Boontarik 2, located at 7th floor, Residence Tower, Chatrium Grand Hotel. 

The meeting start from 09:00 am - 05:30 pm on Monday 4th until 01:00 pm on Friday 8th 2024 

During the workshop days hotel are arranging International buffet lunch at Savio restaurant located at ground floor from 12:00 - 02:30 pm.  

2 Refreshments in morning and afternoon will be provided at meeting room area.
