I am pleased to extend an invitation to you and your teams for the upcoming Asia Regional Leadership Team (RLT) meeting. We are finalizing numbers in the coming days, so please let me know if anyone from your team is able to attend in person, latest by 15 of October 2024.
This face-to-face meeting offers a unique opportunity to engage with our Regional Leaders as we reflect on our progress and look ahead to our plans for the next financial year and our ambitions for the upcoming strategic planning period.
While we hope you can join us for the full week, we understand that priorities may compete. Please consider joining us for the the first three days where we will focus on the CARE’s five-year strategy in the perspective of context in Asia.
More detailed information, including a comprehensive agenda, will be shared shortly. If you need any additional information or have any questions regarding logistics, please don't hesitate to reach out.

2. Regular RLT Meeting (November 6-8, two and a half days):
Address operational challenges.
Strengthen team bonds.
Develop action plans.
