Adriema Fernandez FHLRC is birth out of Adriema’s passion for life, hope, and the future of all communities and individual that she has encountered throughout her life. Apart from true community and support we as individuals are limited.

Adriema A. Fernandez gifted in many areas, Adriema attended college at Columbia College Chicago where she double majored in Musical Theater and Business with a double minor in choreography and ASL.In 2019 she then went back to school at iPEC Austin, Texas - where she study and officially started her path as an official life coach.

At the young age of 15, Adriema knew that her passionate and pursuit alongside her life’s experiences and encounter would be to partner up with both groups and individual to help in doing life together for the better. It was and is very apparent especially in all her years of working with youth, young adults, their families, and their communities.

At a very young age, adults took notice of gifting and starting 5fth grade they taught her the outs and ins of establishing, running, and organizing ministries, program, events and more. Adriema took a ownership and initiative with that she was taught and kept pursuing more knowledge and understanding so that they may expand into every part and walk of her life and those she would help. 

Adriema wanting to do more for her community she learned how to establish, run and organize youth and young adults’ ministries, programs and events. Starting in junior year of high school, she further her education in youth, young adults, children and community events and programs Adriema began to work in the Chicago Park District.

Her abilities and talents were quickly recognized and several Park Supervisors began to mentor and equip her into the world of community centers, parks, and customer service. Again gaining the skills, Adriema thrived and never passed on opportunities to establish, execute and run programs and events such as camps, performing art courses, summits and more. 

As she moved into college she continued interning in both churches as well as the park districts. Adriema had to pay for college herself, to help pay she planned events, wrote papers like: portfolios, business plans etc. She has great administrative skills and knowledge. Later, she took all these skills consulting creating programs, and  policies and procedures for various companies. She successfully created and organized many conferences, retreats, camps, summits, lock ins and many many more events. Her drive, passion, and life experiences has given her the ability to be successful in these ministries, programs and businesses. 

The more she worked these organizations, she not only was able to mentor, equip, counsel, and coach the youth and young adults that through her programs and ministry, but it also would extend to their families and communities. After many years of seeing the need for not just youth and young adults Adriema headed back to school to become a life and relational coach.

Now with over 25 plus years of counseling, coaching, mentoring, developing and equipping F H Raven Life and Relatioinal Inc. has become a beautiful and empowering space and coaching firm that aims to do life together for the better - one person at time, one community at a time, one event at time, one growth at a time.
