About Adriema A. Fernandez, FHLRC

F H Raven Life & Relational Coaching (FHLRC) was born from Adriema A. Fernandez’s lifelong passion for people—her belief in life, hope, and the future of every community and individual she encounters. She has always known that although we grow on our own, we thrive through genuine community and support.

Adriema is gifted in many areas of creativity, leadership, and service. She studied at Columbia College Chicago, where she double-majored in Musical Theatre and Business, with minors in Choreography and American Sign Language. In 2019, she continued her education at iPEC in Austin, Texas, where she officially began her journey as a certified life coach.

Adriema’s calling became clear at just 15 years old. Her life experiences, natural passion for people, and early leadership opportunities showed her that she was meant to partner with individuals and groups—to help them grow, heal, and navigate life together. Her dedication was especially evident in her years of working with youth, young adults, families, and their communities.

Adults recognized Adriema’s leadership early on. Beginning in fifth grade, mentors taught her how to establish, organize, and run ministries, programs, and events. She embraced every lesson, taking ownership, seeking deeper understanding, and applying her skills everywhere she served.

By high school, Adriema was expanding her community work and began serving in the Chicago Park District, where her abilities were quickly noticed. Park supervisors mentored her in community engagement, customer service, and program development. She flourished, creating and leading camps, performing arts programs, summits, community events, and more.

Throughout college, Adriema continued interning in churches and park districts while paying her own way by planning events, creating business documents, and using her strong administrative and organizational skills. She later applied these abilities in consulting—developing programs, policies, procedures, conferences, retreats, camps, and countless other initiatives. Her drive, passion, and life experience fueled her success in every space she served.

Over time, Adriema realized that the youth and young adults she mentored were only part of the story—families and entire communities needed support as well. This expanded vision led her back to school to become a life and relational coach.

Today, with more than 25 years of experience in counseling, coaching, mentoring, development, and leadership, Adriema has built F H Raven Life & Relational Inc. into a welcoming, empowering coaching firm. Her mission is simple and profound:
