The arms of the country of Askazer-Shivadlakia, containing an Askazer Orange star on a field of Shivadh blue and black.
The design is a massive in-joke with myself; Shivadh blue is the same color as the Tumblr background, and the star is identical to the six-pointed star of the Chicago flag.
The traditional arms of the royal family of Askazer-Shivadlakia; the arms come with the title and are not passed down hereditarily, as Shivadh kings are elected. The arms show a pomegranate within a a "camp crown" (awarded by military leaders to the first soldier to enter an enemy camp during combat), underneath which is spread a branch of olives.
Eddie was made Duke of the Orange prior to being crowned king; the joke in latin is that it's pronouced "Ducks a l'orange" like the French dish. It shows the goofiest black heraldic duck I could find on a non-standard but exciting orange honeycomb design, referencing Eddie's love of bees.
Traditional arms of the Dukes of Shivadlakia, a Shivadh-blue background on which sits a stag's head, referencing the story of how the first Duke of Shivadlakia met his king, and the six-pointed star of the Shivadh arms. The same design is present on the signet ring of the Dukes of Shivadlakia, currently worn by His Grace Gerald.
The arms of the Duchy of Askaz, newer than that of the Duchy of Shivadlakia, consists of an ermine and orange shield with the "camp crown" of the royal arms and a leek, symbolizing the Welsh heritage of some Shivadh, sprouting from a pomegranate, symbolizing the country's Jewish heritage.
When Lady Alanna D'Askaz and His Grace Gerald produced an heir, despite being out of wedlock, she was entitled to combine the arms of the Duchies of Askaz and Shivadlakia. This is the....result.
