Dear All,
While all of you are busy preparing for your mid-semester exams and while I prepare the last lecture for our course, I am glancing over the past 7 weeks of our association. So I decided to share some glimpses of this journey with those wonderful people whom I shared this experience with! On one hand, I am happy that I can relax for a while now that this hectic schedule is over, I am also getting emotional that this journey is coming to an end. I hope that I will meet some of you in the future in some mathematics course.
As far as I remember I have never had stage fear; I have experienced giving a speech in front of a crowd as large as 2000. But when I decided to teach this course, I was nervous too. I went into the empty classroom twice before we started with the course just to get a feel of what it would be like when it’s full. I would not have been nervous if it were a one-off event like the days when we first met for the session titled `How I met my professor’. I just wanted to make sure that I put in enough efforts to keep an audience of size 500+ engaged for 50 continuous minutes for 7 consecutive weeks. Though I was told by many that this a large class cannot be made interactive, I made a decision to entertain as many questions as I could in the classroom.
Throughout I tried to respond to each and every email I got from any of you, mostly in the form of a reply to the email but occasionally in the form of some common response in the immediate next lecture. There was only one exception, when I got a flood of emails concerning screening of regrade requests. Though I have imposed a strict rule of punishment for submitting a baseless request, I believe the wording in my email was clear enough to encourage you to submit a genuine request with appropriate reasons. Of course that does not stop many of you from getting paranoid. (There is still some backlog of regrading requests, which I will sort out in the near future, once preparations for the mid-semester exam is over.) From personal communication with the past instructors of core courses, I gather that this is the largest number of emails sent by students from one course, which have also been responded to!
I was happy to see your emails starting with the word “Hi”. The level of informality also corresponds to the level of comfort. You know I am strict but, I hope, you also know that I do care for you. I do not mind you calling me by my name as long as you give me the due respect. The word “due” is quite important here as respect needs to be earned! Some of the UG students in IITK do indeed call me by my name and a few are good friends of mine. Being born before someone is not an achievement, at least in my opinion, as one can learn from all ages.
I am glad to have received variety of emails on topics ranging from complaints about wrong timing in the clock to poems! It is a great feeling to know that at least some of you felt like you could share with me. I tried to do something about each problem I heard from you all, be it you struggling with the course or some other issues. Sorry that I cannot provide you with an elementary proof of the equivalence between Hex and the fixed point theorem but I could at least motivate some of you to learn mathematics beyond the syllabus.
One needs to be extremely careful while uttering a single word in the class and while writing something on the screen. You make one mistake and it gets multiplied by 500! As an example, I can share a recent experience. While writing D is a subset of R^3, I think my parentheses overlapped the inclusion symbol, and I saw this accidentally invented symbol in the copies of everyone who spoke to me after the class. It was an eye-opening lesson for me.
It was a courageous step to ask you to submit anonymous feedback. I was making up my mind to read horrible comments before pressing the send button, and also stayed up until very late to read your comments. But all those of submitted a response were genuinely honest and kind. From the feedback I gathered that the language barrier seems to be the biggest issue, and I have tried to convey the problem to higher authorities. If the administration decides to step in to facilitate the process of settling in of Hindi-medium background students into the campus, then it is going to reduce the number of failing students in first year courses considerably. The pace of the course will continue to be an issue unless the contents of the course are reduced considerably, but it does not seem to be a possibility!
All of you have been quite tolerant of me being strict about rules. On one occasion the morning batch has also suffered through the worst lecture after me being up for almost all the night. You attended the extra classes in large numbers without any attendance policy. I would like to interpret that as your love, and also your interest in learning. I would have liked to make the classes more fun had I not had the pressure to cover the syllabus. Your enthusiasm is clearly seen when I get a round of applause; joy and laughter are the only “good” infectious things!
Whether you have learnt any maths from me or not, I would really appreciate if you could follow one simple rule during your stay on campus as well as in the future: no matter what life feels like on any given day, do not miss any of the 3 meals of the day. Try to make your better version with each passing day. This competition with yourself will take you very long way, as the Archimedean property says!
Ask for help when you need it, and help will be available from one source or another.
If you are still reading, I would like to remind you that there is no latecomer policy tomorrow, and I really hope to see you all for the photograph tomorrow!
Best wishes,
Amit

A few minutes after I pressed the send button on the above email, my mailbox started flooding with so many heartfelt responses. The continuous round of applause and the standing ovation in both batches made me so overwhelmed with emotions that I cannot express my feelings. As a token of appreciation for everyone who wrote, and for those who spoke through their eyes and actions, I decided to compile the feedback and put it on this special webpage just created for this reason! These messages are full of love, respect, and appreciation; none of them should be judged for the language and the content.

Thanks for all you did
for us in past two months,
for making us understand the chapters;
the chapters we feared the most
are now our friends.
Earlier the separation between
MTH101 and us
was like a function whose limit is
not defined.
Your efforts made the limit
defined for us.
The decision made by you
at each and every step
for the benefit of the students
proved fruitful.
Thanks for putting your own needs on hold
and keeping us to focus on the days
Thanks for planning for us each day
long before the sun rolls.
For changing your own plans
just because someone doesn't fit
and needed a little support.
Thanks for smiling
and laughing with us.
You made MTH101
interesting and in our reach.
Your rounds in class for
checking and reassuring
our trials, mistakes and efforts
helped a lot.
Thanks for placing your hand
on our shoulders;
that was exactly what someone needed.
The little effort made by you each time
to get down to our level,
making us understand things,
and telling us new news to reach something
without judging matters.
A bit sorry if you feel bad
about all those notorious activities
and comments in the class.
We promise to bring results
at our best.
Truly saying,
we just enjoyed each and every class.
You are just a teacher at par...
IIT में पहली maths की class

knowledge में आप होंगे बाकी teachers जैसे

Thanks a lot sir for being such a special teacher I wish you could teach us in future also--adarsh
Hi sir ,
Just wanted to say that although MTH101 is a tough course , but your teaching skills have somehow made it understandable 😄
Thankyou for the consistent teaching effort and support !!
I will definitely miss these classes in future!--videeta
Thank you so much , professor 🙏 ,we all will be missing you and your easy and beautiful way teaching too.--gopik
Just one sentence:"My IITK journey started with probably the best Maths professor that I may ever get in these four years at IITK." Thank u Sir.--muzzu
Sir, you have been one of the few teachers i have got who care for us , that too, me without asking for it, and that's quite rare for someone to care for us in advance. Throughout this part of the course , you have always been helpful enough, gave as much time and attention to the problems we had, whether regarding studies or daily ones. You were more like a guide to a better future we would have. And truly sometimes your words make me emotional, 7 weeks we created a bond with u and i don't know whether we will interact further in future, but these hours were definitely one of the most memorable and beautiful classroom hours yet.
I have a poor vocabulary , can't express myself the way you did. Just want to say i love the experience, i love maths and it's instructor. --udit
Hello sir
Sir that was a very amazing email, made me emotional. Do look forward to tomorrow's class. It was a great opportunity we had to have a cool and friendly prof like you, really thankful that you took up this course. We'll miss you a lot.
Random fact: It's our theory that your iitk mail id is askuber as in ask-uber. So you were cool for us since day one. --sanyukta
Sir,
I would like to thanks you very much for your lessons through out last 7 weeks. You were always there for us and helped us learning maths with a new angle.Hope to attend your lectures in further courses--yashag
Hii,
Thank you sir reading this message really make me emotional and I feel really good after reading this. No matter how much I understood in the class but I really enjoyed it because it was one of my first course in IITK and another reason is that sir actually you were not that strict as we heard about other professors from our senior, I never expected that a professor in an institute like ITTK can send such a heart-warming email.
And yes after reading your email no matter how bad food is made in our mess I will never skip any of the 3 meals, and looking forward to the photograph.--ghanwain
sir, exactly a good relation of father and the student is been developed during this 2 months of acads and culture and your great advise for us to not to leave any of the 3meals a day
-- thanks sir for your utmost care to us as not a teacher but more than that like a father

Thank you Sir for the great experience. Just being in your class has been a blessing. Your methods and attention has encouraged me to further study mathematics. I cannot believe that even a person like me got intrigued by theorems in your class (which I used to hate in the beginning).
A big warm THANK YOU from all of us!
We truly value your efforts. --himkc
Hi sir,
An unknown student mailing to you for thanking you teaching MTH 101 in such a beautiful way. indeed you are going to be best professors i would see in my next 4 years. I wish i was in mth department.I would surely miss you sir. Thank you for caring for us sooo much.--shubhsha
Hi Sir,
I write this mail under the presumption that it might get lost somewhere in the myriad of replies that is to follow. However I must do my part, unperturbed by whether its heard or not!
Days passed by quicker than expected but I guess that is an undisputed signal of a phase well enjoyed. Collectively we feel indebted to you for making us see through the equations, beyond the ordinary mathematical notations.I feel it was a wonderful time we spent in the lecture hall and I dare say that it's not easy to keep a 500 plus batch engaged throughout 50 minutes.I would try to incorporate your advice on a permanent basis....Sir it was an excellent treat, a pleasure, being your student, always.
Regards
Varenya Srivastava
Thank you so much for taking out your time to send such an heart warming email. As mid sems come near and confusion arises( :p) one thing is very clear that you have been one of the best teachers i have been taught by. Thank you sir.
Ps: Maybe you could stay after midsems too? :)--rnstejas
Hi Sir,
Initially, after 2 lectures, this kind of maths was bothering me too much that i didn't study anything for like 2 weeks.Maths was my favourite subject and after this,i was so disappointed. But finally when things started getting cleared in my mind,i started having interest in this course.Nowadays more than half of my study time is devoted to this.I really appreciate the efforts you put in to make this subject interesting for us.Your words hit the heart directly.I wish i would get a chance to learn more from you in future. And most importantly, that 3 meal a day line..I think that was really necessary to be said.It was nice learning from you.--shakshi
Thanks sir.--sanketk
sir,
I would like to wish you happy teacher's day now, although i am late but probably it's the right time. What i had heard from my seniors about the proffesors at iit's that they won't be caring for u,it didn't matter to them whatever you are doing. But the very first proffesor i met was just negation of all that(as defined mathematically).I was a student who always used to sit in the front four rows in the hope that today i will understand most of the things, but usually they go above my head.Still i had tried to cope up,rest will be seen in coming exams.
I would sincerely thank you for giving suggestions and the information(in mth101 that i perhaps would require the whole semester to understand).Hope we would meet again some day.
Thanks for all your support provided to us.--kralok
Sir,
Thankyou for these seven weeks .. you are one of the finest professor I have came across... Thankyou sir ! --yangdol
Hello sir,
Though I never emailed you or asked any doubt in class but I was surely delighted to learn from you.
Throughout my student life, I have been lucky to get great mathematics teachers and this time also I was lucky!!
It felt so nice knowing you care about us and respect us.I would like to tell you that we feel the same for you. Thank you sir for teaching so greatly.
Respectfully,
Kritin Sharma
Sir,
You are one of the best teacher I had ever met till date. Don't take it as a false praise, it is something which my finger typed without even thinking. I got upset when you told that you will discontinue, the first time. You will always be remembered as the first professor who taught us in IIT kanpur. You set the image of a "professor" in our new minds. Surely, this new theoretical type of maths confused me initially, but I was soon able to catch up. What I learnt from you was to see a prob, analyze it in mind, state the necessities, then begin. I don't know why my fingers are shivering right now, but yeah! It was a fascinating experience I witnessed. I could easily state that whether you will or will not remember all of us, we will never forget you. I am not from the mathematics dept. but do look forward to meet you at some point in future.
Farewell
Yours average student--aryashp
Hi sir,
I would like to share my personal experience.
I was very angry and depressed too at the beginning lectures of MTH 101 course.
But after some days I realized that you are one of the best mathematics teacher of whole world.
And I don't think that there exist any mathematics teacher like you in India at least. And now good relation like son and father has been developed between us.. during this whole journey..and let me tell you one thing more "Every ending is a beginning. We just don't know it at the time."
This statement is for us.... It's my promise sir we Will definitely meet again in this campus...
See ya.!!--amritkr
Hello sir,
It was great experience to learn from you and unlike other professor you always tried to make the class interactive and also you always tried your best to clear our doubts although I never asked any doubt from u I was quite reluctant to do so and I regret it now. After reading your mail my respect for you has increased many folds. Your mail reminded me of my school time teacher how they used to care for us and love us. I always used to think that professor can never be so affectionate but I am glad to be proved wrong.
I am really looking forward to learn another course from you.
Hope we meet soon.--acanksha
Sir
This was indeed a heart touching mail. While reading, pictures of all my teachers since childhood were moving in my mind and I could only cry. Its true that we realise the of value of something only when it is taken away from us.
It was an amazing experience studying MTH101 from you and you really are a wonderful teacher. I did not realise when these 7 weeks passed away. Hoping to study some courses from you in future.
Thank you Sir--abhinavm
Hello Sir,
It was definitely great to study under you. Even If I slept in your class quite a few times and missed out the opportunity to connect with the course but this mail and you became a reason for me to connect with the subject from now onwards and learn various new and exciting things.
Thank you for being an eye opener. ☺😊
Gaurav Kumar
Hi sir,
With due respect,
I am Tej Singh from batch A of the new batch. I had never talked to you after the class or in office hours as I didn't got a problem that I wasn't able to solve with the help of my friends or my tutor. And never thought I could talk or mail you.
But after reading your mail today I got an impulse or reaction from my heart ( don't really no how to express my feelings on this :) ) to reply or mail you back. This mail is the first mail of my life that I am writing by myself ( words directly from heart) without anyone's help or copying anyone else's.
I had a very high interest in mathematics from childhood so much that when I was in school I was always ahead by a chapter from class. As far as I remember I have studied mathematics by myself with the help of different books and internet until my JEE and now . I had my favourite teacher in maths first time in JEE ADVANCE as at that time I wasn't able to do maths by myself. he was the director of my coaching institute and most strict teacher. I wasn't able to talk to him in starting but after sometime I was so much familier with him that I could talk to him normally like a friend and say anything. Here was also same but until now I didn't got courage or something to say to you or talk to you. But I have studied maths with my full interest in class as your lectures were enjoyable and interesting. I sit mostly in upper right block of class and u may have thought sometimes that the upper block do not study in class and just come for attendance or fun. But I sit in 2nd - 3rd row of upper right block and there students listen to you enthusiastically and write notes and solve class problems. This was my second time that I had a fun and interesting time in maths lectures (until 10th I only solved maths problems by myself).
I am from economics department and would surely meet you again as I have a very high interest in maths and would be doing many mathematics courses. I would try my best next time to talk to you and create a better friendship between us.
I am really sorry if anything was bad or my English was bad as this is the first letter or mail I have written.
Very much looking forward for today's photograph. And thanks for everything :) .
Thanks
Tej Singh
Thank you sir for such kind words
we are very pleased to have such an inspiring teacher and mentor like you.
we assure you that this relation with us will not be till the end of this course but will be
eternal...--ankitmp
Sir, when I met you the first time in ' how I met my professor' for the first time I was certainly assured that you will be one of the best teacher from whom I will study. And now I would like to say that if I get a Chance to study a course under you in future, even though I am not in MTH branch, I would surely do that.
Now when your part of the cousre is ending, I feel that we will surely miss you.
Thankyou for your suggestions and advices that you gave to that group of people who surrounded you after the class.😊😊--amiteshs
Hi,
Going through your mail was an experience like never before. The mail touched each of us to the deepest of her hearts. I will surely miss your lectures and your rules.
I had a small request. Can you please share your experience with Mathematics? Right from your student life to your teaching days. How did you enter such a complex yet beautiful realm? We would be all ears to hear the story. If the time permits then really good, else i hope the time of the evening lecture can be extended for 10 minutes. I love to read about Mathematicians and Physicists how did they get engulfed with Maths and Physics to such an extent and many interesting stories come up. I will surely love to listen one from you!
Sincerely,
One of those heads sitting at the back in L20.--mohdsaad
Dear Sir,
My first lecture of MTH went very boring because I found maths completely different and I didn't pay attention that day. This really disturbed my next 2 lectures as all you said were going up above my head. But one day I dared to open your notes and read it line by line and grasping the concepts as much as possible . The next day I paid compete attention to you and found out that real analysis can be so much interesting. I found it more interesting than PHY. Then I only read maths for a week.
You are really very friendly and treat us not as a graduate student but just a School one: making some strict rules, focussing on our punctuality, clearing all our doubts, and then replying to all our mails.
After all this the one thing that really inspired me is your simplicity.
Thanks for making our MTH class interesting.
Hope to learn from you in the future.--adityaap
Dear sir,
Although I ve been a backbencher, your class has been a source of enthusiasm. Maths has been my favorite subject and the depth with which I rediscovered maths in this course has made it even more thrilling to me.
Everytime you taught some new theorem and after continuous effort I understood it I found it so amazing.
Thank you sir for leading us all through a beautiful journey of higher maths.
I am honoured to have you as a professor. --nitkitas
Good evening professor,
I know it's late to give a reply to this beautiful email, but I still would like to express my personal gratitude to you for teaching this course with your heart and on the behalf of my fellow students too
We would like to thank you for all the dedication and amazement you poured into every lecture and the insight towards mathematics as a whole that you tried to provide to us all, apart from the lectures too.
I had mostly heard from my seniors that MTH101 was supposed to be a monstrous course, but till date I have always viewed it with fascination, to an extent where leave apart all the obstacles, I achieve genuine interest in it, and for this I would like to thank you to the best of my capability
I would surely try to maintain this interest of mine and I thank you for inducing this feeling.
I look forward to interacting with you in the future too.
Regards
Saksham Pruthi
Good Evening Sir,
I wish to share my experience.
I still remember your first class. I remember how the simple definitions of Natural numbers and integers turned into some 'Archimedean property' by the end of it. I remember the first time i came out to ask a doubt. That doubt was about the game 'Hex'. To my surprise I wasn't shunned away by you, like most other teachers would turn down for asking too much doubts when they're leaving. I remember the first time i came down to your office trying to know more about the game.
I did tell my mom and my brother about you and your style of teaching and your grasp over a concept, they looked up your homepage and were in awe of your achievements and education. They told me I should be extremely fortunate to have a teacher like you. Being the humble man you are and strict when you need to be, you are the perfect teacher anyone could dream of.
I sent the mail that you sent last night to them, they too got emotional. Mom called me up this afternoon and asked me to do two simple things.
1. Write this mail to you and thank you for everything you have done for us, both academically and also by giving us valuable life lessons.
and
2. Worship you everyday. I'm not kidding. She asked me to spend some time everyday and think about the things you've told us.
I wish to be in your class again if i take up some courses in mathematics. Also we have to complete our talk on Pokémons!!
Thank you so much sir for everything!!
Rajit Das
Hi Kuber sir,
I wanted to say how you have changed the perespective of mine of MTH101.
At first it was quite difficult to understand, but I tried to cope up and slowly I made it to the front rpws from the backbenches. You have made mth such an interesting course that now I feel like I should do a double major in MTH or take a mathematics course as an open elective in the near future. I,thank you for inspiring the enthu for maths in me, and hats off your the bestestest prof I have known so far.
With love,
Your MTH101 student,
Fahad Sheikh
Thank you sir for your concern....
I became emotional after reading your beautiful message...
I will be keeping this message with me forever....
Seeking blessings from you forever...
Regards
Aakarshika Singh
Hello Sir
You have been a great teacher indeed. What we heard from seniors was that professors are very strict and don't interact during class nor entertain doubts in class. Contrary to this, you have always been friendly and entertained all our queries. Thanks for being so humble 🙂.
Greetings.--khushbus
Respected Sir,
I don't know why am I writing this mail to you but just wanted to tell you I ended up smiling and a little emotional after reading your mail.
Thank you for putting in so much effort and time.. Though this maths is way too difficult as compared to what we have studied till now and I am not yet prepared for the quiz😅.
And yes, we won't be late tomorrow 😊
Thankyou! --aananya
Hi sir,
This is the first time I'm ever writing an email to a professor ,starting with a informal 'hi !'.
You were the best Prof in this first sem, until now, hands down!🙇🙇
The class was awesomely fun and I learned a lot!
Hope I study under you much more often!
P. S sir aapne Dil pighla Diya😂
P.P.S this also the first time I'm using emojis on a mail.--pramodh
Hello Sir,
It was a great and memorable experience of studying maths by you. I feel privileged to be taught by you. You have inspired me so much. I remember and I can feel how much efforts you have put in it to help us understand and make it interesting for us to learn. You are certainly one of the best teachers I have ever met in my life. I think it is not going to happen but still I want to request you to kindly continue to teach us for the rest half or even mth102. Sir it was a very pleasant journey with you and hope to get an opportunity to get taught with you again.--adtgupta
Thank you very much sir. We all respect u.--dipalish
Respected Sir,
I will still call you sir as you deserve the respect. :) The level of enthusiasm with which you teach, has been magnificent. Your mail just touched my heart.
After studying Mathematics from you, I have slowly started to love maths. And my goal is shifting towards a Ph.D in mathematics!
We will definitely meet in forthcoming years as my branch is MTH.
Thank You.--ammehta
Dear Sir,
The heartfelt message that you sent today, really touched me and has motivated me to write this message.
Honestly, One of the most emotional moments that I had this week was realising that this journey came to an end. My friends thought it was stupid, yet i couldn't help but feeling sad.
In all these weeks that we have discussed math together, it has been a wonderful experience. I don't know why, there was only this math lecture where i would be engaged or stimulated every single minute. Your teaching style has been so understandable and interesting, that only the mth lecture is when i don't feel sleepy :P.
Also the preparation that you come up with, all your efforts really show how much you care for us. Most importantly, your love and passion for math is contagious.
That's it. I also really hope to study from you more in the future given the opportunity. Till then, thank you!
Sincerely,
Divyansh Sati
Dear Sir,
Though I have not asked any question from you personally because I hesitate in asking questions. But it feels a better than anything that in this prestigious Institute like IIT you care a lot about us. The myth that i have about professors as told by some of my friends in IIT's you proved that all totally wrong. May this journey end but i will always obliged to you for your precious words. I hope that in coming days also we get professors like you.
Your student
Raj karan kumar
Sir, I would like to thank you for this great journey which is going to end tomorrow. To be honest initially I found the course to be a little boring as well as difficult but i really appreciate the sincere efforts you have put in, to make this course interesting . I really enjoy being a part of Mth101 lecture class. --nitpan
Respected sir,
I never imagined that a professor who is handling such a huge batch could be so caring. The benchmark that you have set is really appreciable.
Thank you sir for clearing our doubts in best possible ways.
Thankyou sir for cracking jokes in the class on which my batch (A) never laughed.
Thank you sir for being the first teacher who is bold enough to conduct a survey to make his teaching better.
Thankyou sir for making drastic topics very easy.
Thankyou sir for being extremely interactive.
Thankyou sir for making us understand the word care.
You efforts are really commendable.
You deserve a lot.
Still my doubt persists whether we can have you as our prof for rest of the year if we contact DOAA.😅
By the way, from my part I am going to come to you only for my doubts for rest of the MTH courses😅
Thanks sir. You are the best prof I have encountered in IITK in these few months.
Yours obediently
Jiya Yadav
Thank you Sir for ur Time.....--klmeena
Hello Sir,
It was really pleasant to study Maths in such a fascinating way after JEE Preparations. I would like to share my personal experience. When I attended the initial lectures off MTH101, I thought if Maths could be such boring. A big twist, I am sure you are one of my favorite teachers whom I ever met. The journey so far was pleasant for us also. Hope we could meet again.--utjha
Good afternoon sir, I am Rahul Sethi from your MTH101A morning batch. The first half of the course ended today - and it really gave me yet another reminder of how fast time flies when one is enjoying something. It was a pleasure being in your class - your thorough teaching style helped me and my classmates grasp all the course content with ease. I'm glad that alongside learning mathematics, we also realized the importance of discipline and punctuality - lessons that I shall never forget. Lastly, I've always dreamt of being a professor; and I feel in the past couple of weeks, I've found a role model to look up to.
Thank you sir!--sethir
Thank you very much sir--diwakard
Thanks a lot sir for changing my perception for mathematics . These days were literally amazing . Looking forward to learn more stuffs from you!
THANKS A LOT !!!--shalvin
Respected Sir
Hi sir
With due respect,
I am one of the students who were astonished to know that we can also
rewrite a simple definition of continuity in terms of the "ε" and “δ"
language...which is actually a bit complicated in start...
I always attended your lectures for intuition and obviously attendance XD...
I have studied under the guidance of several teachers but every teacher is
special, but you are someone special among the specials...
Never-thought I will ever be able to understand MTH101 as exaggerated by
our seniors but you and our tutors were there for taking care of us...
I heartily thank you for being there for us.
Yours Sincerely
Tanishq Chourishi
(one of your 1000 students of MTH101)
Hello Sir ,
I was unable to say my last words (hopefully not ) to you earlier. I am late but I think I should do what was due from me. It was truly a great experience being taught by you for the past 7 weeks. I myself think 7 weeks is not a great time but I feel so connected to you that those 7 weeks feel like a much greater time. While you would be teaching I could see the effort that you put in the presentation of your lectures due to the accuracy of your words. Any questions popping in my mind would be answered in the coming sentences. It is the class I slept least in (once only ,sorry for that). I wish to be connected to you for the rest of my life. Maybe 40 years from now you will be the teacher I will remember because you have really left an impression on my heart. Thank you for teaching us this course.
Yours' Sincerely,
Dawood Bin Mansoor.
Respected Sir,
Really it was a mesmerizing experience to study from you.Yours was the only lecture in which I never used to sleep.Your interaction with students in a friendly manner outshines your teaching. You woke until 3 am,just to scan the quiz papers. You were the first professor who sent us email about the course before the beginning of the first semester.I wish I get an opportunity to study from you in the future as my branch is Economics. And yes...you are a great teacher Sir...you think so much about your students.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully
