Students need more opportunities to explore and discover what interests them. This unit is designed to help students discover various applications that might peak their interest. Many times I will have students complete classroom projects early and I want to encourage them to find something that they are passionate about. Once students explore a variety of applications, they must commit to completing two or more products. If they finish early, they are encouraged to complete more activities. Once they are aware of the applications, they can revisit this unit at a later date should they get ahead in class or want something fun to do at home. Some of the activities include Photoshop CC 2015, Pixlr, Linerider, Scratch, Sketchup, Soundation, Sqirlz Morph, and SumoPaint. Those options will continue to grow as I come across more tools.
