Pixlr: Pixlr is a free online image editing tool that will allow you to do some wonderful manipulations if purchasing Photoshop is not an option. You can get tutorials on my Pixlr Workshop site.

Sqirlz Morph: Sqirlz Morph is a free online application that you can download to your computer. It allows you to morph two or more images. This is another awesome example to check out.

SumoPaint: Sumo Paint is a free online image editor that allows you to do some creative manipulations with photos or draw/paint your own creations.
