Rehearsal Data Sets

Neil Zimmerman's presentation (PDF) explaining how the  HLC data and the scenes where generated.

The Reference Sheet with stellar parameters and other useful information.

Tutorial / Hackathon #2

This is the Box repository for the tutorial dataset of the Hackathon 2 (mind the Day 1 and Day 2).

Julien Girard's general presentation (PPT) to introduce the DC aims and showing that this time radial velocity and imaging simulated data are combined to be able to fit orbits with only 2 imaging data points.

Sergi Hildebrandt's presentation of the starshade simulations (PDF) using SISTER. Note: the SS data was made available on Day 2 (because most of the hidden planets were easily seen and we wanted participants to first try and recover the brightest planets with the first 2 HLC epochs).

The Reference Sheet with stellar parameters and other useful information.

Tutorial / Hackathon #1

This is the Box repository for the tutorial dataset of the Hackathon 1.

Julien Girard's presentation (part of the larger "WFIRST Synthetic Data Hackathon" event.

Neil Zimmerman's presentation explaining how the data was generated and the 3 tracks (or exercises) for these two days.
