109th Street Andy Kessler Skate Park. The ramp is the easiest and quickest way to get here and one can even skate up the ramp and you can skate down to St. Clair Place and 125th Street. Make sure you skate in the middle to avoid the debris (like sweetgum balls).

Summer on the Hudson has events in Riverside Park like the Charlottte Mayerson Overrlook concerts and this ramp may represent the best way to get to one of their events. The Charlotte Mayerson concerts are held at 116th Street so they are quite close. While Summer on the Hudson is trying not to put up flyers in Riverside Park, they will put up some flyers in West Harlem Piers Park.
Just found out from the I love the Upper West Side website that:
"The festival’s expansion into upper Manhattan continues this year, with additional programming planned at West Harlem Piers Park, Riverside North, and Fort Washington Park, including the return of Movies on the Waterfront on the 145th Street Lawn each Thursday in August. "
There's also been movies shown at 116th Street.
