Explained to two bicyclists and one walker that this exit will be officially open to vehicular traffic per Google on 7/6 though DOT says 7/11. Also explained to bicyclists that several of us are requesting that one lane be kept for low speed vehicles. They got that.
NYC is having problems with its budget, then why is DOT spending money on this exit now?
