An online survey using a mixed methods approach, consisting of both multiple choice and Likert scale questions regarding mood, diet, sleep habits, demographics, and exercise habits was distributed to participants of various demographics that were 18+ years old. Mood was assessed using the Kessler 6 scale for mental distress. Responses were coded and then analyzed using SPSS software. The coded data was tested for normality. Spearman's Test was then conducted to look for correlations between significant data. Principal Component analysis was also conducted to identify patterns within the data that may have been overlooked by other tests.
