Hi, I'm Max Lundt. I earned my B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cornell College and am currently completing advanced mathematics and engineering coursework at the University of Colorado Denver as I prepare to pursue a graduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering. My research interests center on advanced energy materials, including protonic ceramics, solid oxide fuel cells, hydrogen technologies, and next-generation energy storage systems.
Outside the classroom, I stay involved in my community by coaching youth baseball, where I enjoy helping young athletes develop confidence, discipline, and a love for the game. I also work as a professional knife sharpener, combining precision craftsmanship with an appreciation for metallurgy, edge geometry, and manufacturing quality.
This website highlights my academic journey, research experience, technical projects, and graduate school preparation as I work toward a career developing the advanced materials that will power the next generation of clean energy technologies.
