Library Hours

The Excelsior Middle School Media Center is open from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. If your student is having computer issues, please direct them to visit the library before MOD 1. Students are welcome to check out books before and after school, during lunch and iExcel, or when they have time during class. FLEX time is reserved for Flex hosting. Students are welcome to use the library space to read, work on homework or in small groups, relax, or conduct research. All are welcome!

Students may check out books for two weeks at a time and are permitted to renew books twice. The only time that we will encourage your student to turn a book sooner is if it is highly circulated or on hold for another student. All students have access to MackinVia for eBooks. We follow district policies regarding the selection and reconsideration of materials and books.
