Team Registration

1. The team registration should be made up to 28.02.2026

2. Payment deadline: 31.03.2026

3. Participation fee: 320€ per person in a double room 

   • Includes (for players and visitors):

     • two nights in a shared double room with breakfast

     • friday buffet dinner including drinks

     • saturday lunch box in the tournament (for players and visitors)

     • saturday dinner including drinks and price ceremony 

   • The hotel has only double rooms available – for a double room occupied with one person, you pay € 75 extra per night/per room on top of the EVS registration fee of € 320, that makes the EVS registration fee in total € 470. We strongly advice sharing the room!

Things you agree to when registering

1. Take pictures during EVS 2026 weekend.

2. Publication of your pictures on the tournament website.

3. Publication of your pictures on the EVS-HQ website.

4. Publication of your pictures on the EVS vrienden FB closed group.

5. The organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, damage or loss during the tournament weekend.
