Admission & fees

To travel to Russia you will need a visa. Right after all admissions are confirmed, we will help arranging necessary paperwork and try to make it all trouble-free.

We tried to keep the expenses related to the course to the minimum. Here is the approximate estimate, as for 2020:

• the cost of your travel to St Petersburg (might be served with low-cost airlines soon!)
• accommodation in St Petersburg (university dorms roughly 10 eur per day)
• living expenses in St Petersburg (about 10 eur per day should be enough for food and transport)
• return train tickets to the White Sea (roughly 85 eur)
• 3 meals per day at the White Sea (roughly 7 eur per day)
• course fee 250-350 eur depending on number of participants and sponsorship (includes the ship trip to the field station, accommodation there and using facilities)
