For this Assignment I had to search and share four digital media types (such as audio, image, video and animation), the digital media copyrights, and license information.
Example of Image (JPG)
I choose this image above because one day I would like to visit Paris and check out the Eiffel tower especially during the nighttime to enjoy the scenery of the lights.
I found this image from creative commons, within creative commons website I searched "Paris Eiffel tower at night".

The video I choose (to the right) Dr Anthony Fauci explains the start of a pandemic that impacted and changed the lives of millions of people. I got this video by searching "COVID 19 2020" on youtube and used the embedded link to use as an example for my portfolio.

Could not find license information but per Youtube Copyright is fair use which means you can reuse copyright-protected material without the owners permission but under certain circumstances. These circumstances include:
The purpose of the use such as commercial or nonprofit educational purposes
The amount of the portion used relative to the whole copyrighted work
The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work
The nature of the copyrighted work

Example of Wave audio
This song is called "Free mind" by Tems. The tone of the song gives me a sense of calm and peace. Within creative commons website I searched "Tems free mind" on soundcloud.

During this assignment, I have learned that If you are allowed to use someone else's content you have to credit the original creator along with stating if any changes were made. I have also learned about a website called creative commons which provides free license for content creators. I have learned about fair use guidelines such as the purpose you are using the content for, how much of the content you are using etc.
