Terms & Conditions of Use

1. General Information

a. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and usage of the Vidyasetu Education platform. b. By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. c. Vidyasetu Education is a proprietary platform owned and operated by Chauhan Savan Rajeshbhai (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

2. Scope of Services

a. Vidyasetu Education provides educational courses, curriculum, and content focused on Hindu texts and heritage. b. Users are granted access to educational materials, video lectures, and digital resources strictly for personal, educational purposes.

3. User Obligations

a. Users agree not to misuse, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works from any content obtained from the platform without prior written permission from the Company. b. Any unauthorized access, data mining, or use of the platform’s underlying technology is strictly prohibited. c. Users must ensure that their conduct and any content they submit comply with applicable laws and respect the intellectual property and rights of others.

4. Registration and Eligibility

a. Access to certain services requires the creation of a user account. b. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. c. Users must be of legal age (18 years or older) to enter into a binding contract. Minors (under 18) may only use the platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Security

a. Vidyasetu Education implements standard security measures to protect user data and secure transactions. b. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under their account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

a. All content available on the platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video lectures, and course materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Vidyasetu Education. b. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

7. User Conduct

a. Users agree not to engage in offensive, harassing, threatening, or unlawful behavior on the platform. b. The posting or transmission of inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

a. Users are responsible for the payment of all applicable course fees as listed on the platform at the time of purchase. b. Refunds are governed by the platform’s specific Refund Policy. It is the user's responsibility to review the Refund Policy regarding eligibility and processing timelines prior to purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidyasetu Education shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. b. While the platform strives to provide accurate and reliable educational content, it does not guarantee the completeness, absolute accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided.

10. Indemnification

a. Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vidyasetu Education, its owner (Chauhan Savan Rajeshbhai), employees, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• i. The user's use of and access to the platform;

• ii. The user's violation of any term of these Terms;

• iii. The user's violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or

• iv. Any claim that content submitted by the user caused damage to a third party. b. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and the user's use of the Vidyasetu Education platform.

11. Force Majeure

a. Vidyasetu Education shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control. b. Such causes include, but are not limited to: acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, accidents, strikes, internet service provider failures, or electrical/power outages. c. In the event of such a delay, the delivery of services may be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practically possible.

12. Dispute Resolution

a. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mediation. b. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

13. Privacy Policy

a. The collection, use, and storage of user data are governed by our Privacy Policy. b. The Company treats user information with the utmost confidentiality and uses it strictly for platform-related purposes and service improvement.

14. Termination

a. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for participation in illegal activities. b. Users may terminate their accounts at any time; however, such termination does not relieve the user of the obligation to pay for any outstanding fees.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. b. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

16. Changes to Terms

a. Vidyasetu Education reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior specific notice to users. b. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
