As an Online Course Instructor, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for our young participants.

Responsibilities:

1. Course Development:

   - Develop and design age-appropriate curriculum and instructional materials for online courses in Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita, and Basics of Hinduism tailored to the specific needs and interests of kids.

2. Interactive Teaching:

   - Facilitate live online classes, engaging students in interactive learning experiences, fostering a love for the subject matter, and ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.

3. Age-Appropriate Content:

   - Ensure that course content is suitable for the designated age group, employing effective teaching strategies to make complex concepts accessible and enjoyable for kids.

4. Assessment and Feedback:

   - Implement assessment tools to evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Monitor and respond to students' questions and concerns promptly.

5. Language Proficiency:

   - Clearly communicate course material in English and/or Sanskrit, adapting teaching methods to enhance language comprehension for young learners.

6. Technical Support:

   - Assist students in navigating the online learning platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless virtual learning experience.

7. Parental Engagement:

   - Foster positive communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress, addressing concerns, and encouraging parental involvement in the learning process.

8. Promote Interest and Participation:

   - Implement strategies to cultivate a genuine interest in Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita, and Hinduism among young learners, promoting active participation and enthusiasm for the subject matter.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

   - Bachelor's degree in Education, Sanskrit, Hindu Studies, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

2. Teaching Experience:

   - Proven experience in online teaching, particularly with kids. Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and educational technology.

3. Language Proficiency:

   - Proficiency in English and/or Sanskrit, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to children.

4. Passion for Education:

   - A genuine passion for imparting knowledge, fostering a positive learning experience, and inspiring a love for Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita, and Hinduism.

5. Technical Skills:
