Our aim is to provide you with the ability to contribute your professional insights and content to the platform. This entails enabling you to store images, textual information, and temporal data within the Service.

We employ and create tools to safeguard users from harmful behavior. Although we do not assume responsibility for the content uploaded to the Service by users, we reserve the right to remove any material that breaches the Terms of Use.
In order to facilitate the operation of the Service, it may be imperative to store and transfer data across our global systems, including locations outside your country of residence. The utilization of this global infrastructure is deemed necessary and essential for the provision of the Service.
"Evidens is currently funded by the team's internal financial resources. We prioritize user privacy and do not sell your personal data to third parties for funding the service. The app is available for free use.

You must be at least 17 years old.
You must be a healthcare professional and/or student.
You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our Service under applicable laws or engaging in payments related Services if you are on an applicable denied party listing.
We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
Ensuring a secure and inclusive service for you and those in your community is a collective responsibility.
You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You can't violate (or help or encourage others to violate) these Terms or any of our policies.
You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service.
You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service. This includes attempting to disrupt the Service's performance, performing cyberattacks on your or any other users' data or purposefully flooding any support or appeals channel, among anything else that we might consider harmful to Evidens. This also includes impersonating the Service's team.
You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways. This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
You can't sell, license, or purchase any account or data obtained from us or our Service. This includes attempts to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account.
You can't store someone else’s private or confidential information without their explicit permission or do anything that violates someone else's rights.
You can’t modify, translate, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer our products or their components.
We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it. Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of the content you post on or through the Service, and you are free to share it with anyone else, wherever you want. However, we need certain legal permissions from you, known as a “license,” to provide the Service.
