Your identifying information: We use your name, surname and email address to provide you with secure access to Evidens. Additionally, we use this information to communicate with you when necessary, such as to properly address and attend your suggestions or when we update our policies.
Your healthcare identification information: We use your ID card or any other verification method to confirm your healthcare status, thereby granting you access to Evidens.
Data related to your device: We monitor the operating system and software version of your device to gain insights into the platforms utilized by our users. This information allows us to optimize our software for enhanced compatibility with your system. Furthermore, the utilization of your device's unique identifier serves as an additional security layer for your account, ensuring continuous access and mitigating the risk of data leaks.
We retain your data for the duration necessary to deliver our Service. Data that becomes irrelevant due to updates is promptly removed from our database. Upon account deletion, all associated data, including your email address and personal details is permanently erased.
Upon account deactivation, we maintain an archive for 30 days. Subsequent to this period, all information is irrevocably deleted, ensuring it cannot be recovered.
Evidens, in general, will not disclose your personal data to third parties except to comply with a legal obligation.
Likewise, in order to provide you with the described services, we require the support of service providers. These third parties may have access to your data and will act on our behalf, following our instructions. In no case will they have access to your data for their own purposes.

Deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Objection: You can request that your personal data not be processed. Evidens will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

When the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the deletion of your data, requesting the limitation of its use.
When Evidens no longer needs to process your data, but you need it for the exercise or defense of claims.

Portability: You can receive, in electronic format, the personal data you have provided to us and those obtained from your contractual relationship with Evidens, as well as transmit them to another entity.
The exercise of these rights is free, except in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. In the event of reasonable doubts about your identity, additional information may be requested to confirm it, allowing Evidens to respond to your request.
