PRICING OPTIONS

We offer our services on a sliding scale. For those who are able, we offer our traditional pricing options:

1. Pay in cash (5% discount)

2. Pay within 7 days of receiving your invoice

3. Pay a mutually agreed upon flat rate fee

4. Payment plans (customized based on your specific family's needs)

5. Sliding scale (for our lower-income families)

OUR RATES 

(prior to any discounts or sliding scales applied, charged in 15 min increments)

$150/hour 

• Attending an IEP team meeting (virtual or in-person)

• Attending school meetings (team meetings, parent/teacher conferences, planning meetings, review of data, meeting with admin/PSL/case managers, etc.)

• Professional Development (Trainings/workshops) for school districts: teachers (special education and general education), educators, administrators, central office/school board office staff, school board members

• In-Person Community Inclusion Events (during the event)

• In-Person Trainings, Public Speaking Engagements (we offer CE friendly formats with learning objectives, etc.)

• In-Person Behavioral Support (family and parent coaching, parent training, sibling interactions support, behavioral recommendations, environmental modification recommendations)

• In-Person Behavioral/Crisis Support (additional $50 per hour if between the hours of 7 pm and 7 am)

$100/hour 

• Virtual Professional Development, Trainings, Public Speaking Engagements

• In-person consultations with school district, doctor office, or community partners

• Meeting with Parents/Family (virtual or in person)

• Virtual Behavioral/Crisis Support (additional $50 per hour if between the hours of 7 pm and 7 am)

• Virtual Behavioral Support (family and parent coaching, parent training, sibling interactions support, behavioral recommendations, environmental modification recommendations)

• In-Person observations of the child (home, school, community, and therapeutic settings)

• Recommendations in person or virtually for Therapists, Doctors, etc.

• Writing VDOE State Complaints and other state/federal complaints

• Editing letters and state/federal complaints 

$75/hour 

• Preparing for an IEP meeting

• Writing letters of support or other letters of documentation

• Writing letters to schools on behalf of families

• Virtual consultations with school district, doctor office, or community partners

• In-Person Community Inclusion Events (set up and take down)

• Research prior to a meeting, for writing letters, planning for events, or preparing for presentations

• FOIA or FERPA Requests

• Recommendations for therapists, doctors, etc. provided

$50/hour 

• Phone Calls with schools, parents, etc.

• Consultation (after initial 45 minutes)

• Reading, reviewing, and responding to emails

• Travel time to/from Fairfax County (22153)
