Propose a Show
Think you have what it takes to lead a production in our upcoming 2026-2027 season? We're planning our next season of shows, and we want you to be a part of it!
If you are interested in directing in a musical, a play, a shadow cast, a showcase, or something different entirely - you can fill out the form linked to this message to provide that suggestion. Keep in mind: You will also create a presentation for this production! You yourself won't have to present it: it will be provided to others as part of the voting system.
The form is open NOW till February 28th, at 11:59pm. At that time, the coordinators will discuss on what productions will be voted on. We will choose three from the musical category and three from the play category as your options (If you have suggested something that is neither of those, we will reach out to you directly). If your production is chosen for the top three to be voted on, we will let you know and provide you with more information if that time comes!
Please be as thorough as you can in this form! The more information you have, the more likely your production will be chosen for voting.

TIP: Write your answers on a separate document then paste them all in once you are ready to submit the form! We don't want you to loose progress half way through filling out the form.

Weekly Meetings
Our weekly club planning meetings for Spring 2025 occur on Sundays, from 10am-12pm, in the CAB Alcove. You can also join in over our Discord voice chat!
Additional activities and workshops may be held on Wednesdays, from 4pm-6pm, in the old Flaming Eggplant space (CAB 3rd floor). Follow us on social media and join our discord for the quickest way to learn about these events when the arise!
Keep an eye out for new meeting dates/times, as these often change quarter to quarter.

Donations
Do you have a physical donation you'd like to make? Reach out to us by email @ evergreentheatreclub@gmail.com
We're always looking for costume pieces in inclusive sizes, show-specific props and set, and lighting equipment!
Monetary donations can be made at the door during performances, or by delivery to Evergreen's Student Activities Office. At this time, we can only accept monetary donations via cash or cheque.
