I work in the field of biohacking, sleep optimization, and longevity, integrating evidence-based science, emerging technologies, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term health and performance.
In 2014, following the birth of my first child, my understanding of health evolved beyond acute care. I developed a strong interest in true prevention—supporting long-term wellbeing rather than only managing disease. This shift led me to explore natural and integrative approaches as a self-taught practitioner, including essential oils, natural treatments, fermented foods, and microbiome health.
To deepen my understanding of human physiology and healthcare systems, I built a strong clinical foundation, qualifying as a registered nurse in 2010 and working primarily in intensive care units and operating rooms—environments that shaped my clinical rigor, attention to detail, and deep respect for the complexity of the human body. In 2015, I completed a Master’s degree in Management, expanding my ability to work across both clinical and organizational contexts.
In 2023, I formally began my professional path in biohacking, with a specialization in sleep and longevity. I successfully completed the first level of certification and am currently continuing my advanced training. This multidisciplinary field continues to challenge and inspire me, combining science, technology, and lifestyle optimization.
I work as a freelance professional in several private clinics, offering cryotherapy session, photobiomodulation, breathing techniques, and mind–body practices. I also support clients through targeted longevity supplementation, testing HRV and coordinate advanced testing—such as DNA analysis, hormonal panels, and microbiome assessments—in collaboration with accredited laboratories.
I am an active contributor to an international health and prevention podcast in English, sharing practical, science-driven insights on longevity, sleep, and performance with a global audience.
Based in Gibraltar, I live with my family and am a mother of three children, my youngest born in 2025. My husband has been a constant source of support throughout my personal and professional journey.
In addition to my clinical work, I design sleep-optimization kits for hotels, collaborate with architects and designers to optimize sleep environments, and work with corporate clients delivering workshops on sleep, stress reduction, breathing techniques, and longevity strategies to support sustainable performance and long-term health.
