Dear all, my name is Richard Beaumont, given the short notice we have before the EGM, here is a condensed summary highlighting a few key points about my past.
I started my career serving her Majesty in the Forces as an Aircraft Technician.
Working within the armed forces provides a view of life, only those that serve will understand. In short: a no nonsense approach, reactive to instability with a can-do attitude.
Following the military I transitioned into civil aviation.
After many years in the industry I studied to become a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, then also spent 9 years as a Quality Assurance Engineer working all over the world auditing with National and International bodies ensuring all legislative procedures were adhered to.
Moving on, I became a Quality Manager and Post Holder then a Director of a large company employing over 500 staff worldwide, maintaining assets of over €500 Million.
I’ve been heavily involved with complex contract negotiation including RFP, P&L, contract renewal etcetera. I have a good understanding of legislation as a qualified auditor.
I decided to retire at 42 so have the time to offer my professional experience in support of Jesus in his endeavour to become our representative at El Valle
