Work together

Anyone over 18 who is committed and motivated is welcome because the real factor is drive. If you have it but do not know the "what" and "how", we figure them out together. Most are undergraduates, graduates, PhD students (STEM and not), early and mid-stage workers (manual, tertiary or academic, regardless of background, status or title), typically aged 20–35.

Recent individuals (through a third party) include a graduate brainstorming business ideas, and a candidate growing confidence through factual accomplishments, moving from unsuccessful interviews to positive feedback and two PhD offers. They are featured on my LinkedIn.

If we are both members of any mentoring organisation, you cannot access the services on this site, with zero exceptions of any kind.

The initial session lasts several hours. You map out the ideal future without constraints, define what fulfilment is, and articulate aspirations. We ground the vision in reality: you define fact-based, time-bound actions within your control, and we evaluate the cost of inaction. I ask many questions about skills, experiences, education, job, and what you aim to retain or shed. We determine whether there is a good fit, define the scope of the work and a course of action. If there is not, I point you towards an alternative support.

In subsequent sessions we work through each objective. The scope determines whether it is coaching or mentoring. We map out a clear path toward the long-term goals. I help you build concrete steps, provide context from my experience, offer reference points for decision-making, sharpen questions to resolve ambiguity, and keep the broader picture in focus.

We maintain contact between sessions via email. Your work is gathering information, executing a decision, achieving a goal, or stepping out of your comfort zone. Each step sets the agenda for the following session. We start it already briefed.

The relationship can extend beyond the last session, maintaining contact to check progress.
