We visited the factory and they showed us a little bit of the history of gingerbread: where it began to be made, the products they use to make it and how they add different flavours. They showed us how gingerbread is made and the evolution of its production. At the end of the tour, they gave us gingerbread to taste and we visisted their shop to buy some of their products.

They taught us about the history of mustard and the process of making it. At the end of the tour they gave us a small sample of the mustard they make there.

We visited an artesanal mill , and they showed us the parts of the mill The mill had two floors, and on the upper floor was the wheel and on the lower floor there was a manual wheel to grind the wheat. Then we went to a cave where they taught us how to make artisan bread and the diferents inhgradients of make a artisan bread .
