But before we could indulge in the food, we had to set up the most important part of the night—karaoke! As Asians, we all loved singing our hearts out to our favorite songs, but for Filipinos, it’s practically an Olympic sport. We don’t just hold the mic—we perform. Zy and I enjoyed it so much, it felt like our own concert. We also got to hear performances from our buddies and fellow participants.
