ETZ Alliance Rules
0. Grounds for Expulsion / Transfer to 2ETZ
A player who starts Digs, Drones, normal Rallies, or any other distracting action during important events: Marshal's Exercise (until completion), Zombie Siege, War for Capital, Server War, and any other Alliance activity that requires our full attention.
A player who fails to move/align their base when ordered within 36 hours.
A player who fails to read R5 announcements or emails (mandatory; they contain important orders and information). You cannot play with us without reading these communications.
A player who fails to execute orders.
A player who fails to respond to a private message from an R4 or R5 within 36 hours.
A player who fails to share a sharable resource in the alliance chat (Worm gift, Elite Mines, Arctic, and similar items).
In this and other exceptional cases, we will ask the player to transfer to 2ETZ. In 2ETZ, there are not many rules; you can play at your own pace and return when you're ready. :). Exclusion or transfer measures will be preceded by at least one simple warning. For penalties, see the final section of the rules.
1. Member Conduct
Respect: All members must treat each other with respect. Insults, harassment, discrimination, or any form of toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
Collaboration: The alliance is a team. Collaboration in events, resource sharing, and mutual assistance are encouraged.
Communication: Actively participate in alliance communication, read messages, and respond when necessary. If you have questions or problems, communicate with the officers.
Fair Play: Play fairly and honestly. The use of cheats, hacks, or exploits is strictly forbidden.
2. Event Participation
Alliance Wars, Marshal's Exercise, Zombie Siege, and Important Events:
Participation is encouraged, but missing some sessions is understandable.
During these events, it is strictly forbidden to start digs, treasures, or other "distracting" activities that could compromise the alliance's focus and effectiveness. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the alliance.
It is essential to follow the strategies and instructions of the officers.
Other Events:
Actively participate in other alliance events (e.g., rallies, special missions). Participation contributes to collective success.
3. Communication
Notices and Orders:
Even if you don't actively use the chat, it is mandatory to check the alliance notices/announcements every time you log into the game.
Orders given in the notices must be executed promptly.
It is mandatory to respond to direct messages from the Leader and R4s.
Team Play:
The ETZ alliance is founded on teamwork. Players who prefer to play alone, without coordinating with others, are not compatible with our philosophy.
Players who wish to play "solo" are invited to transfer to the 2ETZ alliance, where they can continue to do so.
From now on, ETZ will only be composed of players who are actively committed to playing for the team.
4. Resource Management
Donations: Donate regularly to the alliance treasury to support growth and activities.
Assistance: Send help to alliance members when requested.
Sharing: Share useful resources and information with other members.
Management and Training of Distributable Gifts by Leadership: The Golden Train will be driven in turn by R5, R4, and R3, once each following the rotation, with no particular preference. Those who fight drive. Otherwise, no. The VIP spot should be dedicated to an online R4 at the discretion of the driver. The same applies to any other distributable gift.
5. Hierarchy and Roles
Leader (R5): The leader has the final authority over alliance decisions.
We have an Unofficial Vice Leader, Gabriel.
R4: R4s assist the leader in alliance management and decision-making. Respect their instructions.
R3: Members who actively contribute to alliance life and follow the rules. (FIGHTERS)
R2: Members who actively contribute to alliance life and follow the rules. (NON-FIGHTERS) (HOPEFULLY WE CAN ELIMINATE THIS CATEGORY SOON)
R1: Member on probation or ready to move to 2ETZ upon the next mistake.
6. Conflict Resolution
Direct Communication: If you have a problem with another member, try to resolve it directly with calm and respectful communication.
R4 Intervention: If you cannot resolve the issue, ask an officer for assistance. The R4s will act as mediators to find a fair solution.
Final Decision: In the event of serious disputes, the final decision rests with the leader.
Penalties for Rule Violations
Penalties should be proportional to the seriousness of the violation and be intended as educational, not punitive. Here are some examples:
Mild Warning: For minor infractions, such as a small lack of respect or occasional non-participation.
Severe Warning: For more serious or repeated infractions, such as insults or repeated and unjustified absences.
Demotion: If the member holds an officer role, they may be demoted to a regular member.
Expulsion/Transfer to 2ETZ: For the most serious violations or repeated infractions despite warnings. Expulsion is the last resort. THE FIRST TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A WARNING. THEN NO FURTHER WARNINGS.
7. Train Management
On the first 11 days of every month, the Train is driven by the R5/R4s. From the 12th day until the end of the month, it is driven by the R3s. Every day, the VIP Passenger is an R3. This way, we ensure maximum participation and opportunity for everyone to Drive and/or be the VIP Passenger.
