ETX ARCADE — PRIVACY POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION
ETX Arcade doesn't have accounts, doesn't collect personal information, doesn't run ads or third-party analytics, and doesn't process any real money. Your progress lives on your own device. The only outside service involved is Apple's own Game Center, which you can opt into or skip entirely.
1. OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy describes how ETX Labs ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with the ETX Arcade mobile app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We built ETX Arcade to be playable without ever asking who you are. There's no sign-up screen, no email field, and no account tied to a real-world identity anywhere in the App.
2. INFORMATION WE DON'T COLLECT
ETX Labs does not collect, receive, or have access to:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Payment or financial information of any kind
- Your device's precise location
- Photos, contacts, or other personal files on your device
- Advertising identifiers, the App shows no ads and includes no ad SDKs
There is no in-app purchase system, no real-money wagering, and no way for the App to move money in or out of your device in any form.
3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
To make the App work, a small amount of gameplay data is saved locally on your device only, it never leaves your phone unless you choose to share it (for example, by sending a Gift Points code to a friend, which contains no personal information, only an encoded Points amount):
- Your level, XP, and Points balance
- Per-game high scores, play counts, and win/loss history
- Unlocked achievements, your login streak, and daily-challenge progress
- Shop purchases and cosmetic selections (colors, palettes, avatars, titles)
- Any custom accent color you pick, and any custom bet amounts you've typed
Uninstalling the App deletes all of this data permanently, since it exists only in the App's local storage — we don't keep a copy anywhere else.
4. GAME CENTER
ETX Arcade optionally connects to Apple's Game Center to offer real, cross-device leaderboards. Signing in to Game Center is entirely your choice, every part of the App works without it, aside from the global leaderboard views themselves.
When you sign in, Game Center authentication and any scores the App submits (your per-game high scores and your all-time peak Points balance) are handled directly by Apple, under Apple's own privacy terms — not ours. ETX Labs never sees your Apple ID, your real name, or any other Game Center account details; we only ever see the numeric score value the App itself already tracks. You can review Apple's Game Center privacy practices at apple.com/legal/privacy, and you can sign out of Game Center at any time from your device's Settings app.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Because ETX Arcade collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. That said, the App includes simulated wagering mechanics (Points-based games with no real-world value), so it is rated for a general audience per Apple's own Age Rating guidelines rather than marketed specifically to children. Parents with questions about age-appropriateness should refer to the App's listed age rating on the App Store.
6. SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party, there is nothing of that kind to share in the first place. The only outside party involved in running the App at all is Apple, through standard App Store distribution and the optional Game Center feature described above.
7. DATA SECURITY
Since gameplay data is stored locally on your own device rather than on a server we operate, it's protected by the same security measures, passcode, biometric lock, disk encryption, that protect the rest of your device. We don't operate a backend that could be breached, because we don't operate a backend at all.
8. YOUR CHOICES
Because everything lives on your device, you're always in full control of it:
- Reset or clear your progress by deleting and reinstalling the App
- Skip or disable Game Center at any time from iOS Settings
- Decline to send or redeem Points gift codes
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes, for example, if a future update introduces a new feature that touches privacy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and, for any material change, call it out in the App's "What's New" release notes.

ETX ARCADE — TERMS OF SERVICE

THE SHORT VERSION
ETX Arcade is a free game. Points are a virtual, in-app currency with no real-world value, they can't be bought with real money, cashed out, or exchanged for anything outside the App. The wager-style games (Coin Flip, Dice Roll, Lucky Slots, Tower Climb, Jackpot Wheel) are for entertainment only.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using ETX Arcade (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the App.
2. THE SERVICE
ETX Arcade is a collection of arcade-style mini-games (Reaction Rush, Don't Tap Red, Memory Grid, Higher or Lower, Target Rush, Avoid the Walls, and Stack Tower) built around a shared leveling system, plus a Points-based virtual economy with five wager-style games, a cosmetic Shop, achievements, daily challenges, and optional Game Center leaderboards. The App is provided free of charge, with no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions of any kind.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The App includes simulated wagering mechanics using a free, virtual currency, and is age-rated accordingly on the App Store. You should only use the App if you meet the minimum age shown on its App Store listing in your region, or you have a parent or guardian's permission to do so.
4. POINTS — VIRTUAL CURRENCY
"Points" are a virtual in-app currency earned by playing the App's games. Points:
- Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other thing of value
- Cannot be purchased with real money, the only way to earn Points is by playing
- Exist only within your local copy of the App, and are not held or guaranteed by ETX Labs on any server
- May be reset, adjusted, or lost if you uninstall the App, reset your device, or clear the App's local data — ETX Labs cannot recover or restore a lost Points balance, since none is stored anywhere but your device
The wager-style games (Coin Flip, Dice Roll, Lucky Slots, Tower Climb, Jackpot Wheel) are provided purely for entertainment. Outcomes are determined by the App's own randomization and are final; no game result can be disputed, refunded, or reversed.
5. GIFT CODES
The App lets you generate a shareable code to send Points to another player. Because ETX Labs does not operate a server to validate these codes, we cannot guarantee that a given code can only ever be redeemed once across every device, and we're not responsible for Points lost, duplicated, or misused through this feature. Use it to share with people you trust.
6. GAME CENTER
If you choose to sign in, the App submits your game scores and Points milestones to Apple's Game Center to power global leaderboards. Your use of Game Center is also governed by Apple's own terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms and outside ETX Labs' control.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage, falsify Points balances or leaderboard scores, or interfere with other players' use of Game Center leaderboards. ETX Labs reserves the right to take reasonable steps to address abuse of these systems.
8. LICENSE & OWNERSHIP
ETX Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal entertainment. All other rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, artwork, code, and the "ETX Arcade" name, remain the property of ETX Labs.
9. NO WARRANTY
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, if you find one, we'd genuinely like to hear about it (see Contact below).
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETX Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including the loss of a Points balance, game progress, or Shop purchases stored locally on your device. Because the App involves no real money and no purchasable content, your maximum possible loss from using it is limited to the time you've spent playing.
11. TERMINATION
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. ETX Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature of it (including Game Center integration), at any time, for any reason, without liability to you.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and note it in the App's "What's New" release notes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ETX Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by the App Store's own terms of service.
