Wendy Dixon is a breath of fresh air, it is rare to find a yoga teacher who puts a smile on your face every single class. I have been doing yoga for 50 years, as well as teaching yoga and can say that her class balance is perfect for beginners and experienced seekers alike.....OH

I can highly recommend Wendy as a yoga teacher . Her Hatha style yoga is for all ages and is appropriate for all levels of experience . Her teaching style is clear ,calm and relaxed and the time just vanished in her class . Bliss and rejuvenation are within your reach when you become a class participant . Wendy is well practiced in her craft and keeps learning from others so that she continues to be fresh in her offering.....

Wendy is an inspiration. She stretches me (pun intended) so I feel I am improving all the time but she coaches me so I have no injuries. I am 55 years old and the most flexible I have been in my entire life. I feel lucky to have attended a yoga lesson at Swami Sarasvati's health retreat last week. The lesson was carried out by Wendy Dixon, a very advanced yoga teacher visiting from Melbourne. Wendy's lesson was fantastic as she explained why we were doing each pose, how it benefited our internal organs, muscles, skeleton and our spirit, Concentrating on each person's ability and level. Wendy had a children lesson in Melbourne, all I can say is how lucky they are and how their future can only be bright wiht such a wonderful grounding in the yoga world .....KT

Wendy is a fabulous, engaging experience teacher that makes me feel at ease when I'm in the class. She's knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my questions. I'd recommend her to anyone who would like to attend yoga or mediation classes regardless of their capacity form beginners through o more advanced students. Much to my delight, Adele will be returning to yoga next term.
