We are passionate about assisting people regardless of age, ability, gender and meet as one unified under the umbrella of yoga. The style of yoga is Hatha yoga which combines yoga postures and breathing techniques including relaxation. These techniques create a complete practice that will leave you feeling physically and mentally balanced.
