By downloading or using any application developed by etemiDev, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of License
etemiDev grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your mobile devices in accordance with these terms and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store service terms.
2. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Auto-Renewal
Free Trial: Applications may offer a 3-day free trial period.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
Management & Cancellation: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Intellectual Property
All app materials, source code, design, text, dictionary entries, diagrams, and formulas are the intellectual property of etemiDev and are protected by copyright laws.
4. Disclaimer
The apps are designed for educational purposes and operate offline. etemiDev is not liable for any calculation errors, academic outcomes, or misuse of the information provided within the applications.
