Education Hub is designed as an offline-first educational application.
We do not collect or upload students' personal notes, names, learning progress, favorites, or quiz results to our servers.
We do not use advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics, and we do not sell personal information.
No user account is required to access the app's learning features.
Limited information may be processed for subscription verification or when users voluntarily contact support, as explained below.
The app uses your device's internal storage to save:
Language, theme, and reading preferences.
Optional display name.
Favorites and learning progress.
Quiz results and study history.
Notes, Study Planner entries, and local reminders.
Free-preview usage and app settings.
This information remains stored locally on your device and is not synchronized with an etemiDev cloud account.
Users can delete individual saved items through available app features. Uninstalling the app generally removes its local application data. Existing operating-system backups, if any, may be managed separately by the device provider.
Education Hub provides educational content and learning tools that work without a continuous internet connection.
Notes & Study Planner, Wonder Facts, and Fairy Tales are permanently free.
Premium school subjects and quizzes may require an active subscription after the available free-preview period.
Internet access is needed for certain activities, including purchasing, verifying, renewing, or restoring subscriptions.
All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not collect or store your credit card details or banking information.
When subscription services are enabled, our secure verification service processes the minimum information necessary to validate purchases and restore access, including:
Store transaction and product identifiers.
Selected school subjects.
Subscription status and expiration.
Purchase verification information.
Purchase-verification records are used only to manage paid access, prevent misuse, and restore purchased subjects. Limited technical information, such as network-address data, may be processed for service security.
These records are retained as necessary to provide and verify subscriptions, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Education Hub is intended for school-age learners, including children aged 9 and older.
We are committed to providing an age-appropriate educational experience and protecting children's privacy.
The app does not provide public chat rooms, social profiles, or communication between students.
Children are not required to submit personal information to use the offline learning features.
Subscription purchases should be managed or approved by parents or legal guardians where required.
We use appropriate technical measures to protect subscription-verification information and rely on device security for locally stored learning data.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Users may contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information held by etemiDev, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Deletion of subscription-binding records may affect the ability to restore the exact subjects previously selected. Certain transaction records may need to be retained where legally required.

etemiDev grants users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices in accordance with these terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play conditions.

Premium access is available for selected school subjects and related educational features.
Users may choose an annual Personal subscription covering 2 to 9 subjects, according to the available plans.
The app may offer 10 minutes of free preview access per school subject, with a separate preview for the Quiz feature, without requiring payment details.
Eligible users may also receive a 3-day free subscription trial through Apple or Google, where offered.
A Store subscription trial is separate from the app's free-preview period.
Trial availability and eligibility are determined by the relevant Store Provider.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the terms displayed during purchase unless cancelled.
Prices, billing periods, trial conditions, and renewal dates are presented by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase confirmation.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple or Google account settings.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically cancel access already paid for.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Personal subscription access is based on the number of subjects selected during purchase.
Selected subjects remain fixed during the applicable subscription period.
Users may add more subjects through available Store subscription upgrade options. Any additional charges, billing adjustments, or renewal-date changes are determined by the relevant Store Provider.
The app's original source code, design, branding, and original educational materials are owned by or licensed to etemiDev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Public-domain stories, scientific facts, and other public-domain materials remain subject to their respective legal status.
Education Hub is intended for educational purposes only.
While we aim to provide accurate educational information, errors or omissions may occur.
The app does not guarantee examination results or academic performance.
Medical educational content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
