This Privacy Policy describes how the FinanceFlow mobile application ("the App") handles your information. FinanceFlow is designed with a "Privacy First" approach, ensuring that your business and financial data remains under your total control.
1. Information Collection and Use FinanceFlow does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers.
Business & Financial Data: All data you enter regarding asset tracking, rental management, inventory, contracts, income, and expenses is stored locally on your mobile device.
No Registration: You are not required to create an account, provide an email address, or link a phone number.
No External Servers: The App operates entirely offline and does not sync your business records to any cloud servers.
2. Data Storage
Local Storage: Your data is stored securely on your device's internal storage using industry-standard local technology.
Offline Access: The App functions entirely offline.
Data Deletion: If you uninstall the App, all data will be permanently deleted. We do not keep backups of your records.
3. Device Permissions To provide its core features, the App requests the following permissions:
Notifications: Used to provide local reminders for contracts, inventory alerts, or payment deadlines.
Biometric Authentication: Used to secure your data using FaceID or Fingerprint authentication. Note: Authentication is handled entirely by the operating system; the App never sees or stores your biometric data.
Files and Storage: Used only when you choose to generate PDF invoices, export reports, or perform a manual Import/Export of your data.
4. Third-Party Services We do not share your data with any third-party companies.
PDF Generation: Happens locally on your device for invoices and contracts.
Sharing: When you use the "Share" feature (to send a PDF invoice or document), you choose the transmission service (Email, WhatsApp, etc.). We have no access to those transmissions.
5. Security Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security measures. The App includes an optional Biometric Lock (FaceID/Fingerprint) feature which we highly recommend enabling to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Children's Privacy FinanceFlow does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since no data is transmitted to us, we have no way of identifying users.

By downloading or using FinanceFlow, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of License etemiDev grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your mobile devices for personal or business record-keeping in accordance with these terms and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store service terms.
2. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials
Payments: Purchases or subscriptions are processed securely by the Store Provider (Apple/Google).
Auto-Renewal & Trials: If applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
3. Financial and Data Disclaimer
No Financial Liability: FinanceFlow is designed purely as a local management and tracking tool. etemiDev is not responsible or liable for any financial losses, calculation inaccuracies, tax compliance issues, business outcomes, or missing data resulting from the use of the App.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data (via manual export features) and verifying all financial calculations, invoices, and contracts.
4. Intellectual Property All app materials, source code, design, text, layout features, and PDF templates are the intellectual property of etemiDev and are protected by copyright laws.
