Empowering Frontline Employees to take on Monthly Training



This site contains my ideals of how frontline employees can be empowered to be responsible for monthly training materials.

To navigate through my website, you will first be given prompts to imagine yourself as an operations manager. Then in the following pages, you will learn a bit about me, what the current problem is, how to change this culture of having learning materials spoon-fed to frontline employees, and how the success of this change impacts the organization.
