New trainees are required to participate in repetition sessions and a Level 3 evaluation, which focuses on assessing behavioral changes after training.
2. Are there any additional activities for MDP participants?
Yes. Participants enrolled in the Management Development Program (MDP) will undergo three additional training sessions scheduled throughout the duration of the program to strengthen leadership and managerial competencies.
3. Why are these post-training activities important?
