In individual therapy we can focus on a variety of concerns. Whether you are encountering changes in your life, exploring your identities, struggling with old habits, feeling burned out, or striving to manage symptoms of anxiety or depression, I am here to help.
I view therapy as a journey we can take together. You are in the driver's seat and deciding where we go. I can offer you support, direction, and encourage you to keep moving forward while you do the hard work of building the life you want to live.
In relationship counseling, two or more people in varying relationship styles attend therapy together. In this model of therapy, I view the relationship between the individuals present as the primary focus. That means no one person holds all the blame for any concern and no one person has all the answers.
My goal in relationship counseling is to help you identify the way you want your relationship to be and then help you build skills and make changes to transform your relationship into what you want it to be.
I offer clinical supervision to psychologist residents completing the end of their clinical training. My supervision style is relaxed and supportive. I strive to offer an environment in which you can both hone your clinical skills and explore your identity as a therapist.
