Insurance Accepted

I am currently in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Pacific Source insurance companies.

Even when insurance is billed copay or coinsurance is typically still required to be paid at the time of the session.

Fees

Payment is required for each session. You may pay with card, cash, or check.

Please contact me for my private pay rates if you have a different insurance company, do not want to use your insurance, or do not currently have insurance. All clinical supervision is private pay; however, I can provide a superbill if you are seeking reimbursement from an employer.

I ask that you cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancelled and no show appointments will be subject to a $50 fee billed directly to you.
