-The idea is an interactive desk lamp that will try to be your work from home colleague
-I care about this idea because I think during the work from home times having a coworker in same place with you was missed so rose -that probably will be her name. Named after Rose from monster Inc.- will try to help you go through the day
-The idea was first Inspired from pixar logo and searching for similar projects there was Oio, luci, luxo ,twitch and the annoying Ikea lamp

the lamp needs fixed base to hold its components
Construction parts skeleton that consists of 2 parts one that's fixed and another one that moves
and the head containing sensors -movement and sound-, led matrix to show emotions
Input
user inputs: the user can control through switches, push buttons, mobile app to control the modes
Sensing: the Lamp should sense the user motion, and give response to them
Action
Led Matrix should make it give emotions
LCD will give written messages
and the lamp may have servo motor to move
-as a colleague she will act to noise to remind you to always be quiet in workplaces and she doesn't like you to invade her personal space so she will move when ever you touch her
-entertain you with some expressions or messages during the day
- give you response and reactions
-plays quiet music for you if you asked
5- Categorize your project’s User Features into: Minimum, Complete, and Nice-to-have features. List the required action and input components per feature.
Minimum Features: are the least amount of features that would demonstrate the coverage of all the technical modules and their complete integration
Complete Features: are the set of features that will complete your original project objective and vision
Nice-to-have Features: are the extra set of features that will make the project cooler, yet they need extra time, effort, and/or resources to finish
Minimum features: the lamp should have 3 modes
Mode 1: Automated user can turn it on through switches in this mode the lamp should :
Sense your Movement when you leave the desk and gives you messages that you should work
Sense when you Get close to her and make movement
Alarm you on specific times -I'm tea lover so it would be nice to have a colleague to remind me to make us a cup-
or she can alarm me to make on specific tasks i set
have two Push buttons one like you're high-five her and gives you encouraging recorded message and another one when you can use when you do something stupid she'll give you a fun message to cheer you up
mode 2: user can make her only play music with LED Matrix response
Complete Features: LCD gives you Written /messages
nice to have : face recognition
Week 9: designing construction parts will take 2 days
after construction the programming and the assembly of electronics will take from the rest of week 9 to mid week 10
rest of week 10 is assembling the parts and trying with complete Feature
Action: LED Matrix and LCD to give Responses
2 servo motors
LCD
Speaker
SD card module
Sensing: sound sensor
proximity sensor
infrared to sense movement
Input: Push button
brain Arduino
