This project explores the development of a sustainable tropical cultural library and public community space, designed as a living architectural system that integrates knowledge, nature, and social life within an immersive and cohesive environment.

The project functions as an active cultural landmark that continuously supports reading, learning, relaxation, and community interaction throughout the day. The design strengthens the relationship between architecture and nature while encouraging social connection and intellectual engagement.
