What does graduating mean to you?
Graduation means a lot to me because it is like a goal that I had, it was not easy for me. I came to learn a second language and graduating was like a goal, a dream that I had means a lot to me.
What makes you proud?
What makes me proud is to overcome my fears in learning English and being able to make a conversation with someone and finish school.
What is the best advice you can give to younger ESOL students?
The best advice I can give new ESOL students is to never be afraid to ask for help and ask questions of the teachers and to always practice English so they are not afraid to speak it.
What is your favorite memory from Oakton High School?
The best memory that I have from Oakton is that all the teachers always helped me.
Who is your hero and why?
My hero is my mom because she has always been there for me for any problem or for what I need.
What do you love?
I love to play soccer.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself in 10 years in LA with my family and a good job.
