Ahsanul Mohaimeen Audri (PhD student, joined Spring 2024)

Biography: Ahsanul completed his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BUET on May, 2022. After his undergraduate, he worked as a Research Assistant in the Research and Innovation Center for Science and Engineering (RISE) at BUET. His research experience there included semiconductor device modeling and performance analysis of multijunction solar cells. He is currently working on Ga2O3 device development for extreme environment applications.
