EDCNET10 applies a 10% discount to an eSIM.net order. It is used on the site as both a voucher code and a discount code, and it is entered in the promo/voucher/discount code field in the order summary on the basket or checkout page — usually above or beside the total, next to an Apply button. Nothing happens automatically, so the code has to be typed or pasted and applied before payment.
eSIM.net is a UK-based, UK-registered online eSIM store rather than a mobile network operator. It resells eSIM service from Tier 1 operators, including the UK networks O2, Vodafone, Three and EE, as well as European networks such as Orange Spain, Orange France, Bouygues Telecom and SFR.
The catalogue is grouped into four tabs on the homepage and includes voice and data travel eSIMs, data-only travel eSIMs, UK local eSIMs and SMS-only eSIMs. Named plans include O2 UK, O2 Travel, Vodafone UK, Vodafone Travel, EE UK, EE Europe Travel, Three UK and Three Travel, plus Bouygues Telecom, Orange Spain, SFR France and Global64. The Data Only Travel section is split by region: Africa, Latin America, Indonesia, China, India, Japan, UAE, Europe and USA, with fixed bundles and unlimited data options.
One caveat worth knowing: heavily reduced or promotional bundles are sometimes excluded from further percentage discounts, so not every item is guaranteed to accept a percentage code.
Go to esim.net and choose the plan type you need: UK local, single destination travel, or multi-country.
Confirm the data allowance and validity period, and select the variant on the product page.
Set your currency using the currency selector in the top navigation before going further.
Add the plan to the basket and open the basket screen.
Type or paste EDCNET10 into the discount code field and press Apply.
Check that the summary redraws with a discount row and a lower total.
Log in or create an account with an email address during checkout.
Pay through the Stripe card form.
Scan the QR code from the confirmation email and follow the emailed installation instructions.
No. The code cannot be added retroactively after payment, which is why the discount row and reduced total should be confirmed on screen before the Stripe form is completed.
Codes of this type are normally one per order rather than stackable with another code. eSIM.net advertises a subscription saving at checkout for 3 or 6 months on some plans, and whether the voucher combines with that saving is set by the store — that point is not stated in the information available, so check the basket total to see how it behaves in practice.
There is no physical delivery. The eSIM is delivered digitally as a QR code by email. The device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked; compatibility information is published on the site. Installation paths are Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM on iPhone, and Network and internet > SIMs > Add more on Android. A mobile app and the MyeSIM web area let you check balance and top up.
Payments are processed by Stripe and support GBP, USD, EUR, Australian dollars and Canadian dollars. There are no credit checks and no KYC identity document upload.
Several, and they matter more than the discount itself:
The 30-day Vodafone Travel plan starts at the time of purchase.
The Vodafone Travel VIP option extends coverage to a further 75 countries and enables international calling, but usage in those additional countries incurs a daily fee and a credit card is required.
One SMS-only option allows unlimited free inbound SMS but no calls, no outbound SMS and no data; attempting to use them disables the service.
Whether a plan's validity runs from purchase or from installation is stated on each individual product page.
For UK plans, number portability via PAC code is supported, and the Vodafone UK eSIM includes UK data, unlimited UK calls and texts, a UK +44 number, 5G where available and WiFi Calling. In many countries you can also choose the specific local network the plan runs on.
