If you already know roughly which Eunorau you want, the whole journey from landing page to a placed order takes only a few minutes. The code you need is EUNORMICHAEL18, which applies a 5% discount to the order subtotal. It goes into the "discount code" or "gift card or discount code" box, which appears either on the cart page or in the order summary at checkout.
There is no account sign-up step described for redeeming the code, and no waiting period. The only real requirement is that you enter the code before you pay, because discount codes generally cannot be added retroactively once an order is placed.
Eunorau sells direct to consumers through its own online store rather than mainly through bike shops, so the model pages are where configuration happens. Work through the range quickly:
Fat-tire e-bikes with wide tyres for sand, snow and loose trails
Step-through commuter frames with a low standover height
Folding e-bikes for limited storage or car-boot transport
Cargo and long-tail models for hauling kids, groceries or work gear
Full-suspension mountain-style builds
On the product page, set options such as frame size, colour, battery, or any accessory upsells offered. Bike-plus-battery bundles are sold at a bundle price, and a bundle price plus the code is often cheaper than buying the same items separately at list price. Then add to cart and open the cart drawer or cart page.
You can either use the discount box on the cart page or continue to checkout and use the order summary box there. Either way:
Type EUNORMICHAEL18 into the discount box exactly as written.
Press apply.
Look for a separate discount line showing 5% off.
Only then enter payment information.
That confirmation line matters more than the box turning green. The discount is calculated on the order subtotal, not per item, and shipping and tax are not reduced by it, so the figure you see will be 5% of the goods total rather than 5% of the grand total.
If the code appears to fail, the most common cause is a trailing space picked up when copying and pasting. Retype it by hand. Codes of this type are normally case-insensitive, so capitalisation is not the problem.
Before you finalise, it is worth a brief comparison. Most e-commerce platforms allow only one discount code per order by default, so EUNORMICHAEL18 is unlikely to combine with a second promo code. If a site-wide sale code is being advertised, you have to compare the two manually at checkout to see which produces the larger discount. The code usually applies on top of an on-page marked-down price, which is the more common scenario.
Because it is a percentage, the code saves most on the largest line items. Complete e-bike purchases often run into four figures, so the bulk of the saving comes from the bike itself. Adding accessories to the same order, such as a rack at an example price point of $60, racks, baskets, fenders, lights, seats, child seats, spare batteries, chargers, displays or controllers, increases the amount the percentage is applied to.
The code does nothing beyond the 5%. It does not extend warranty, upgrade shipping, or lengthen the return window, and stock availability at a chosen warehouse is unrelated to the code. Delivery timelines are set by the shipping options you select at checkout, and e-bike orders ship as heavy freight.
When the box arrives, expect a largely assembled bike needing handlebars, front wheel, pedals and seat fitted. Budget roughly an hour, or a shop fee, for a safety check on brakes and torque settings before the first ride.
