The work of redeeming WIRELESS at klimtechs.com ends at the order summary, but it is worth a final check before you close the tab. The discount code field sits in the right-hand order summary on desktop, or under 'Show order summary' on mobile, and once you have typed the code in capitals with no spaces and pressed Apply, a discount line should appear and the total should drop. Because the offer is advertised as up to 30%, the amount you see is not guaranteed to be the full ceiling: already-discounted, bundled or excluded items may attract a smaller reduction or none at all. Whatever figure appears on the confirmed order is the figure that will be reflected in any later refund calculation, so note it down.
KLIM does not require an account to check out, which means many buyers complete a purchase with nothing more than an email address. That makes the confirmation email the main record of the transaction: it carries the order number, the items, the discount applied and the amount charged. Save it rather than deleting it, particularly if you bought a bundle such as the Chroma and Blaze wireless keyboard-and-mouse set with its two separate USB receivers, the Tandem set or the Thunder combo, where you may later need to identify exactly which variant arrived. The store runs on a standard hosted-cart checkout setup, and multiple payment methods are offered, so your payment provider's statement is a secondary record if the email goes missing.
The available information does not set out a cancellation window or a self-service way to amend an order after payment. There is no stated process for editing an address, swapping a keyboard for a mouse or halting a dispatch, so treat the moment you press pay as the point of commitment and read the order summary carefully beforehand. If you do need to attempt a change, the practical route is to contact the store directly with your order number as soon as possible; whether a request will be accepted before shipping is not stated.
The published position is straightforward: returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied. That window runs alongside the discount you received, so expect a refund to reflect what you actually paid after WIRELESS was applied rather than the struck-through price shown on some listings. Several products display those struck-through prices next to standing markdowns, which can make the original figure look larger than the sum charged. Details such as who pays return postage, the condition items must be in, and how long a refund takes to appear on your card are not stated in the information available; check the store's own returns instructions before sending anything back.
After 30 days, the relevant protection is the warranty rather than the satisfaction-based return. KLIM advertises a five-year warranty, which is unusually long for peripherals in the $25 to $60 range that fill much of the gaming section. Buyers in the European Union also have a minimum two-year legal guarantee on all goods, which sits underneath the commercial warranty rather than replacing it. Shipping is offered to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and the European Union, and free shipping is advertised, though delivery estimates and any thresholds vary by country and are confirmed at checkout.
No support email address, phone number or live-chat hours are stated in the information available, so use the contact route published on klimtechs.com and quote your order number. One further point for repeat buyers: the newsletter sign-up advertises new launch details plus 10% off your next purchase. That is a separate offer, and only one discount code can normally be active at a time, so a newsletter code would apply to a future order rather than stack with the one you have already used.
