beta-Gallium Oxide single and multichannel trigate FETs for high-speed RF electronics
I numerically design devices, theoretically verify results, and experimentally fabricate devices for final electrical characterization. Our goal is to increase transconductance, decrease source resistance, and increase current gain cut off frequency with a better device turn-off capability at nanoscale gate length.
